Is the bamboo baby bowl or bamboo children's plate dishwasher and microwave safe?
Bamboo is a purely natural material and therefore not suitable for the dishwasher or microwave. Since this can lead to damage and reduce the lifespan of the natural bamboo wood, we assume no product liability in these cases.

Can the bamboo baby bowls and children's plates withstand hot food?
Yes, thanks to the heat-repellent properties of bamboo, our baby bowls and children's plates are also ideal for hot food. Since the bowls and plates do not heat up, our products can be safely used by babies and young children without burning their fingers on the bowl or plate.
Will the suction function work on my high chair or table?
The maximum suction power can be achieved on smooth surfaces and surfaces. Wooden surfaces that are structured, porous or slightly curved reduce or can prevent the suction power. In order to achieve ideal suction power, the suction cup and the surface should be clean and free of dirt and dust.

Do the bamboo baby bowls or children's plates contain harmful substances or the like?
All of our products are made from natural bamboo and contain no melamine resin, formaldehyde or similar harmful substances. This is easily recognized by the natural wood structure of the bamboo wood. Products that have been made from a "bamboo-melamine mixture", for example, can often be recognized by their matt surface. A corresponding wood grain is also not recognizable on these products. The health of the little ones is particularly important to us. Our products are therefore regularly checked by an independent German institute according to the LFBG guidelines (Food and Feed Code).

Can there be color deviations in the baby bowl or the children's plate?

Can I exchange my engraved / personalized products if they do not meet my expectations?

If you choose an engraved spoon when ordering your bamboo bowl or bamboo plate, this spoon will be delivered in a separate high-quality gift box. In this case, of course, the spoon and the bamboo bowl or plate are delivered together in one package.

What material is the packaging or shipping material made of?
Our packaging and shipping materials or gift boxes consist exclusively of cardboard and paper. Our aim is to completely avoid plastic in all our packaging materials. In addition, all our products are shipped climate-neutral. We are joining the "GoGreen" initiative of our shipping service provider.

Can my package also be delivered to a Packstation?
yes, w e also deliver to packing stations, please simply enter the packing station on the street. You can then enter the postal number under "additional address information". We will adapt the address form shortly and add the options for entering the packing station.
